Caesalpinia mimosoides and Chamaecrista mimosoides, how can both have same common names?

On efloraofindia site I have found same description under commonly known as for two species namely, Caesalpinia mimosoides and Chamaecrista mimosoides. 
Kindly look into the matter, and correct it if necessary. 
A layman like me is confused as both the species have same common names.

I have removed the list of common names in Caesalpinia mimosoides ... will soon add the names in that page.
