Habitat- Garden/ Urban/ Wild/ Type- Wild

Plant Habit- Tree/ Shrub/ Climber/ Herb- Shrub

Height/Length- ca 1m high

Leaves Type/ Shape/ Size-

Inflorescence Type/ Size-

Flowers Size/ Colour/ Calyx/ Bracts-

Fruits Type/ Shape/ Size Seeds-

I think its more likely to be a species of Goniothalamus. I dont have access to north eastern floras but I will check it out and let you know.

Thanks, Saroj ji, for listing two species in Arunachal. 

Looks closer to Goniothalamus simonsii Hook. f. & Thomson  as per GBIF- specimen 
I think it's a bit different from Goniothalamus sesquipedalis (Colebr. ex Wall.) Hook.f. & Thomson as per GBIF.
