I think more closer to Macropanax undulatus (Wallich ex G. Don) Seemann as leaves are entire as per Flora of China and keys herein as per

Plant illustrations  GBIF  Specimen 1  Specimen 2   Specimen 3  Checklist of Nepal

Leaves are serrulate in Macropanax dispermus as per Flora of China. and looks different as per

Plant illustrations  GBIF  Specimen 1  FOC illustration   POWO

I think it is more closer to Brassaiopsis glomerulata as per POWO specimens- one, two and GBIF specimens and description in Flora of China and FoC illustration
