Flower suggests Ipomoea indica, but Pankaj ji is right, leaves (and side shot of calyx) are necessary for confirmed identification.

Not Ipomoea indica . 
This beautiful flower is 
Stictocardia tiliifolia , now known as Ipomoea tiliifolia .
