Very nice photographs on nokia n95, Madam, this seems to be as Dinesh Ji says, leaves, fruits, sepals look ok, but I am not confident on flower appearance. Yet i must agree with Dinesh Ji, please check flower size conform with foc description.

Leaf has got some similarity but flower looks different since 
there are deep notch in between petals in I. triloba.
