Hello friends

Saw this plant in a marshy area in Charkop, Mumbai, MH in October 2019.

Is this Ludwigia octovalvis? Local name provided was Pan lavang (trans. water clove)

Requested to please validate.

No, it's not octovalvis, because the plant has glabrous and small petals,
Could be perennis,

To me also appears close to images at Ludwigia perennis L. as per comparative images at Ludwigia
