it is Ipomoea triloba.
check eflora of india database.

Ipomoea triloba has much smaller flowers than Ipomoea cordatotriloba.

I would say Ipomoea cordatotriloba based on the size of the corolla in
relation to the leaves.

Gurcharan ji,
This creeper grows each year during rains in our Nasik garden and
quickly covers other trees.So has to be cut regularly.

Since many sp. of Ipomoea has been introduced to India Ipomoea cordatotriloba Dennst. 
could be possible :Alabama Plants !
