this seems to be young sapling of rangoon creeper... quis qualiis: Combretum indicum

secondly the second picture does not belong here

may be this is the reason this case from DEc first week is still not resolved

its weird white spots??? some infection..

may be you can inspect it now and take more pictures, perhaps???
