Esteemed experts:

Arun Kumar N has helpfully ided this as Saussurea sp.
Can the id be narrowed down to the species level?

Saussurea picridifolia (Hand.-Mazz.) Y.S.Chen & Qian Yuan. ??
But I could not find listing in Nepal and India !
