Yes Dinesh Ji
it is Alysicarpus species.
for A. vaginalis the pedicel should be very hairy.
also there are numerous species of Alysicarpus and very difficult to
identify by looking at flower. for identification the stipules and the
calyx of fruit and fruits itself are very important.
only an Alysicarpus expert can surely say about the species.

I guess  Alysicarpus heterophyllus (Baker) Jafri & Ali is correct ID but 
I have doubts about Alysicarpus heterophyllus which looks like 
Desmodium sp.
