Hello friends
This i believe is Aeschynomene indica. This was seen in plenty by the roadside near Khalapur, MH in Aug 2019. The plants were around 1 m. in height
However, no flowering or fruiting was seen.

Does look like it . Today I saw a huge colony of the same in afternoon ..........about 2 feet tall plants , flowering stage , no fruit yet .........
may be you were early by a few days .
