Hi, 
Havent used this forum before. Keen on learning and sharing knowledge on flora. 
Would appreciate help to ID this Ranunculaceae member from Nako village, Kinnaur District, ~3500m, jun 2015
Prostate herb, observed near a stream.

This is unknown to me, moreover we need some more detail on flower, leaf etc size and more photographs at different angles. We do not even know if it is annual or perennial to follow BSI KEY - http://efloraindia.nic.in/efloraindia/taxonList.action?id=1454&type=3.

My wild guess is R. hyperboreus complex of Fl. Brit. Ind., the following species may be considered -

I think this is Ranunculus diffusus (more specifically var. mollis) as per images, references and details herein.
