I think it can be Aralia sp.
I have seen a tree in Llyods Botanical Garden in Darjeeling, see a picture..

I don't know, Sir, "Bengal Plants" lists one Aralia foliolosa - https://www.gbif.org/occurrence/gallery?taxon_key=3036950
