Tree identification request

Please help me in identifying this tree, due to the absence of flowers or fruit and dry foliage. I only have very limited information on this one. But since it was found in only one sampling site, I have to decode its identity.

Habitat : Rocky Area

Location: Central Ridge Reserve Forest, Delhi

Date : June 2022

Height : 3-4 mtrs

The tree was mostly dry and thus I couldn't get good images of foliage and new leaf only in some branches. Heavy grazing at the site.

Thankyou Garg ji, Suneel ji. I was confused because of the size of the leaf, but maybe because these are new growth.
