Seen this herb near Vasundhara falls (Uttarakhand). Looks like some Lactuca sp?? (Family: Asteraceae).

I remember Gurcharan Singh ji had earlier indicated that this could be Cicerbita macrorhiza?

Appears close to Lactuca dissecta D.Don as per comparative images at Lactuca
