First is to rule out Argyreia argentea which is endemic to NE states and Sikkim , Bhutan , Himalayas .
What I considered is bracts ........proximal bracts are bigger and leaf-like which favors A. sericea . Should be further confirmed
by presence of silky hairs all over .

Thanks, Sawmliana ji and Rakesh ji, for the id as Argyreia hookeri C.B.Clarke.
However, it is very difficult to clearly see the bracts/ sepals, which are very important for id.
May I request Sawmliana ji, to pl. post larger mage showing these clearly.

As it is, to me also appears close to as per GBIF
However, these can be confirmed only after seeing detailed images.

Images in FOI are not of this species. these were identified as Argyreia pilosa Wight & Arn. in thread Argyreia involucrata (Convolvulaceae).
I request Tabish ji to pl. correct in FOI.
