May I request you to post a high res. image showing the calyx.

It may be Luculia pinceana Hook., as it appears that the inflorescence axes, hypanthium portion of calyx is glabrous.

On check with high res. species in this post, I feel images at MS Oct,2018/23 Luculia sp. for ID will also be of Luculia pinceana Hook.

What struck me is the spathulate calyx given in the description in your book link for Luculia pinceana, which I find at Plants from Northeast Tour 2017- Luculia pinceana from Cherrapunji, Meghalaya. Also lamellate appendages at the base of corolla lobes for this species can be seen at Rubiaceae Week: Sharing Rubiaceae Photo from Arunachal Pradesh and A small tree with white flowers and Tohangam,Lohit,Arunachal Pradesh. 3.1.17

So, safely we can take your plant as Luculia gratissima
