Both species seem to be quite close as per Lectotypification of Quercus brndisiana Kurz and the significance of the leaf epidermal features to its taxonomy (2014).
Quercus brandisiana Kurz  does not have distribution in India as per POWO and CoL, while Quercus helferiana A.DC. have distribution as per POWO and CoL
Also appears more closer to Quercus helferiana as per Oaks of the world compared to Quercus brandisiana Kurz as per Oaks of the world.

Now I feel it may be more likely to be Quercus lineata Blume as per Oaks of the world and keys at MS,Nov.,2021/65 Quercus sp. for id

I think this tree is Quercus brandisiana because the secondary veins of the leaves directly entering the teeth.

I do not think so. It appears more close to images at MS,Nov.,2022/01 Quercus sp.(lineata ?) for id. (also the secondary veins of the leaves directly entering the teeth)
