Identification Request for Genus Rubus

Help me to identify this Rubus sp. From Kashmir valley. 
Attitude :- 2000-2300 mtrs
Flowering period:- Mid may
Diagnostic features:- Stem hairy and glandular initially but later becomes glabrous, reddish brown. leaves 3 to 5 foliate adxially nearly glabrous and abaxially white tomentose, flower resembles with R.niveus, infloresence Raceme or paniculiform.

R.niveus is totally different from this species. I dont think this is Rubus niveus.

Yes it is Rubus niveus.. But differs in most of the characters.....

Not at all, it can't be Rubus niveus, i have seen its fruit also it is quite different from R.niveus. its leaf and stem characters are totally different.
I am 100% sure it is not Rubus niveus.

Rubus niveus has white pruinose stem and later becomes glabrescent. R.niveus does not 
have tomentose stem with stipitate glands. Also in R. niveus pedicel lacks glands, also fruit is different
In R. niveus. This species has bright red fruit with black dot in in each drupelet.
