Yes, I fully agree. Further close up of the pink male flowers will show 4 sepals, lacerate or fimbriate along margins.

Nationaal Herbarium (Description) says fruits are crispy papillose-puberulous.
I am having doubts if it matches or is there any variation?

Hi, Tapas ji,
Does the fruit appear like crispy papillose-puberulous in the image?

Please note that the habit mentioned is undershrub which rules out any other species. As per Indo-Burmese Phyllanthacreae, 292. 2018: Capsules subglobose, 2.5-3 × 3-4.5 mm, shallowly to deeply 3-lobed, crustaceous, muriculate, rufous-scabrid or papillose-puberulous to glabrous.
Here I do not see any muriculations and would therefore suggest that a new variety may be described on this character after further critical analysis.
