Some earlier relevant feedback:

I am suspecting it to be Peucedanum dhana - from Santhan ji.

To me it appears to be different from the stated species as per the following:

Closely related ID is Pleurospermum brunonis (DC)Benth. ex Clarke

Yes, quite possible that it may be some Pleurospermum species.

Peucedanum dhana doea not match and  Pleurospermum brunonis (DC)Benth. ex Clarke
do not have distribution. Could be some  Pimpinella sp. ??

It seems  Cortia depressa (D.Don) C.Norman looking close to this plant. It is reported from Himalaya area

Leaves do not match with Cortia depressa rather look close to Meeboldia 
of this sp in WB !
