Dear Members,

Need help to identify this grass from Agra, U.P
MOP: Nov 19
Growing in seasonal water body on rocky outcrop.
Is this Paspalum distichum

It is Paspalum paspalodes. The two racemes are long and deflexed (angle between racemes sometimes becoming even more than 180 degrees on maturity.) Paspalum distichum has two short erect racemes.
