A small garden plant with small white flowers seen in the first week of July,2017.
Could be Potentilla Species?
I have only these two pictures.

Could be Potentilla fruticosa 'Abbotswood', Shrubby Cinquefoil?

Lookin at the net images it looks matching ! 
However, leaf images are not clear.
