You were reviewing Ixora Species recently.
I couldn't resist posting these.
Clicked yesterday morning in Muscat.
It was in full bloom, you could hardly see the leaves.

May not even be ixora chenensis

look at the petal shape, (rounded ends Top tropical photos versus pointed one this case)
number of petals (four in top tropical versus five here)

need to go thru the taxonomic tree  

size estimation would have helped of leaves, corolla tubes etc

May be some cultivar of Ixora coccinea L. as per comparative images and keys at Ixora
