If not wrong, it is Callistephus chinensis.

My guess-  Bracteantha bracteata .

Aarti Ji, were d bracts  papery ??

No Neha ji, it is not Helichrysum bracteata or Bracteantha bracteata now known as Xerochrysum bracteatum (Vent.) Tzvelev

Perhaps true identity has to be found
