A beautiful cactus seen at the flower show in Mumbai during Feb,2011.
A potted, cultivated, ornamental plant.
It has different color bands.

"Echninocereus rigidissimus...possibly ssp. rubispinus.\"

And Sh. Grant Meyer:
"Fun! Yup, I agree with Tristan on this one, Echninocereus rigidissimus , known locally as “Arizona rainbow cactus”. Nice big specimen too!"

Thanks for forwarding this Cactus seen at the Flower Show. 
It seems to match with Echinocereus rigidissimus var. rubrispinus on searching.
