A cultivated, garden plant found in a hotel garden in Sri Lanka during Nov, 2010.
Tiny pink flowers seen.

I think it is Talinum paniculatum.

I too think that this is Talinum portulacifolium as Kottaimuthu suggested.

I think it should be Talinum fruticosum as per keys and details herein.
