Taken on the 10th of Sept, at Srinagar, Kashmir growing over a fence.
Had these orange berries and pink flowers.
These seem close to Gurcharan ji's Elm-leaf Blackberry on FOI with a slight variation in the flower.

To me also appears close to images at Rubus ulmifolius Schott (Introduced)

It should be Rubus creticus as per discussions at Rosaceae Fortnight: Rubus ulmifolius from Kashmir-GSSEP101/101
