Garg ji
It is becoming difficult to decide whom to follow
TPL Considers ir Correct name
World Flora Online  treats it correct name
Plants of the World Online Kew Database treats it correct
All above treat our plant A. nemorosa (M. Bieb) Spreng, which is our plant
A. nemorosa Baker & Moore is a different plant, later homonym and it is synonym of A. sylvestris

We can't depend Catalogue of Life in this case as treats it synonym of A. sylvestris subsp. sylvestris, and does not recognise any other subspecies. This name is an autonym, a name created automatically, when a different subspecies is recognised and named by an author. A species can't have single subspecies or a variety, it will have a minimum of two, one the new described subspecies or variety and one created automatically. I don't think we should not follow this database in this case.
We can if you like follow Flora of China A. sylvestris subsp. nemorosa (M. Bieb) C. Y. Wu & F. T. Pu, who differentiate subsp. sylvestris with glabrous fruits, subsp. nemorosa with Fruit densely covered with warty hairs or bristles.

Thanks, Singh ji.
Catalogue of Life also gives many other subspecies Anthriscus sylvestris (L.) Hoffm. as details herein, but with no distribution in India.
