Hi, Singh ji,
I find these images to be somewhat different from others at Scrophularia himalensis Royle ex Benth., with respect to the stem, inflorescence, colour and shape of the flowers/ corolla, shape of the sepals etc.
May I request you to pl. have a relook.

Garg ji
Strongly protruding stamens seen in third image point to that only. However, I have asked Dr. Anzar Khuroo to recheck it, as plant was grown in an experimental bed for research purposes.

Thanks, Anzar ji.
Question is that these look different from other images at Scrophularia himalensis Royle ex Benth.
It may be some other species.

Distributed as  Scrophularia himalensis ?
Taking it as Scrophularia polyantha till another alternative is found, as S. himalensis is not reported from Kashmir valley
