Hi, Darshan ji.
Images are not clear. Do you have side view of the flower ?
Are the leaves of the same plant ?
Images at FOI look different.

Pl. see it matches the neotype at link.

Dear All , Attaching images of Lepidagathis bandreansis for validation , after reading again the description in Flora of Maharashtra -Herbs. Leaves opposite, sessile, elliptic–lanceolate, 3–nerved, spinous serrulate along margins and on midrib beneath. Flowers arranged in dense, unilateral spikes. Spikes many, densely fasciculate near root or a little higher up in the part of branches which are leafless.
Description fro website Flowers of India -Bandra Lepidagathis is a small perennial herb, 15-30 cm tall. Branches are many, 4-angled, arising from a woody rootstock. Oppositely arranged stalkless leaves, 3-6 cm long, are elliptic-linear, abruptly tipped with a short and sharp point. Pink flowers are borne in dense, one-sided spikes, 2-5 cm long, at the base of the branches. Bracts are dimorphic; outer 1 cm, cuspidate, hairy;
Both the description match as far as images of flowers are concerned ,the plants are not in flowering stage now ,will have to wait for few months , till then waiting for your comments regards Darshan Kokate
