please respond to each

1:is this definitely a vine ?

2: there are two colored leaves.... dark green whose venation cant be seen

                                                        light green with trinervis structure

to me the flowers look like one  related to gardenia 

mostly seen in australia: 

Atractocarpus fitzalanii

but their leaf detail is different

the leaves are trinervis

or triplinervis

but no jasmine photos show triplinervis leaves has them on the net

Most likely 

the buds are pink

your last pic has a couple of pink buds peaking out in the left side of the picture

and this link has a picture that shows leaves might be with trinervis structure,

 but they do not show the abaxial surface

Finally

I am glad.  It was driving me nuts

showed the triplinervis leaves

that's rare

the buds are pink

your last pic has a couple of pink buds peaking out in the left side of the picture

and this link has a picture that shows leaves might be with trinervis structure,

 but they do not show the abaxial surface

Finally

I am glad.  It was driving me nuts

showed the triplinervis leaves

that's rare
