Hello friends

Requesting to please provide ID of the plant.

This is a Bonsai of a Premna in Mumbai.

The leaves are very glossy and thickish. The original size of the leaves is around 7-8 cm (in as much as I have seen), but due to constant pruning, the new leaves can grow upto 3-4 mm only.

I have not seen this flower, but have heard that it does flower.

The suggested ID is Premna obtusifolia, is is possible to validate it based on the bonsai version?
