Dear Saroj
This is the opinion of my collaborator Fu Long-Fei: ‘Elatostema dissectum. However, the peduncle is shorter than normal. Do you know the length of this species?’ If you could provide an estimate of the peduncle length this would be helpful.
Thanks, Alex

Dear Garg
I made a carefully checking with Chinese Elatostema species. I found a species E. pseudocuspidatum fits your images better (Please see attached). I also attached image of E. cuspidatum showing the difference. E. cuspidatum has wider stipule with one green nerve in the middle of stipule. The margin is also different.
Hope this can help you.
Best wishes
Fu
