Rorippa dubia ?? Listed in Nepal. Does not look like matching.
R. palustris   ?? Not listed in Nepal . Looks like matching

There is vast difference in the elevation 
and size of the plant .

I find lot elevation details are wrong in Checklist of Nepal.

You have to understand that elevation differences 
in reality may be about something called
peripheral population of the plants versus center of the population
there is not only differences in size, there is also some genetic material variation and 
that is a vast subject,   fit for a n entire long project and grants for whole department of botany
or BSI
we can not solve it here

As per efi thread:
According to Bengal Plants -
i) pods hardly longer than pedicels = Nasturtium palustre DC. (now syn. of Rorippa palustris (L.) Besser)
ii) flowers without bracts = N. indicum DC. (now syn. of Rorippa indica (L.) Hiern)
iii) flowers with bracts - N. indicum var. benghalense (now syn. of Rorippa benghalensis (DC.) H. Hara) 

As the flowers appears to be without bracts, it should be Rorippa indica (L.) Hiern
