I think does not match with images under threads at Spermacoce ocymoides
In fact images are not sufficient.

Closest I can reach is Spermacoce ocymoides Burm.f. as per comparative images at Spermacoce‎ and keys at Flora of China

Correct wording should be
Closest I can reach is Spermacoce hispida L. as per comparative images at Spermacoce and keys at Flora of China

Main worry seems to be that the inflorescence in this post seems to be terminal.
However, on going through description in Flora of China (Inflorescences axillary and infrequently apparently also terminal, 6-15 mm in diam., few to several flowered) in Spermacoce alata Aublet, I am now satisfied that this plant is more closer to images at Spermacoce alata Aubl.
