Sharing some pictures I guess is Exallage auricularia (L.) Bremek. (accepted name syn: Hedyotis auricularia L.  shot at Pashupati Forest Kathmandu on 16 October 2016 at 4400 ft.

It is not Exallage auricularia (L.) Bremek. (Hedyotis auricularia L. It is Spermacoce latifolia a weed in partially shaded place.

This should be Spermacoce latifolia Aubl. (which is different from Spermacoce alata Aubl.) as per discussions at Spermacoce latifolia at Pachmarhi :: 18 SEP 13 :: DV
