Assuming this is from Nepal, It has to be a form of Strobilanthes lachenensis. Note the corolla is pubescent on the exterior (wrong for pentstemonoides), the sepals are glandular-pilose and the infloresence is lax.
Strobilanthes glutinosa can look similar but the flowers are pale blue and the inflorescence is different - it also flowers in mid winter.
