Keys at Chamaecrista and listing in Checklist of Nepal lead me to Chamaecrista mimosoides (Leaflets usually in 30-60 pairs)  and  Chamaecrista leschenaultiana (DC.) Degener
Pl. check.

Catalogue of life also gives distribution of Chamaecrista nomame in Nepal.
Pl. check.

As leaflets are less than 30 and Chamaecrista leschenaultiana (DC.) Degener looks different.
Pl. check for Chamaecrista nomame

I think looks different from Chamaecrista nomame as per

Also looks different from Chamaecrista leschenaultiana as per details herein and as per GBIF

Checklist of Nepal lists the following:

Surprisingly, ILDIS lists Cassia mimosoides ssp. leschenaultiana (DC.) H.Ohashi both under Chamaecrista nictitans (L.) Moench (with distribution in Nepal) and also under Chamaecrista leschenaultiana (DC.) Degener with no distribution in Nepal.

Your post may be closer to Chamaecrista nictitans (L.) Moench (with distribution in Nepal) as per
