Plantago erosa Wall.

Shot at Kurintar, Nepal on 12 April 2012 at 1000 ft.

May I repeat a plea to take not just images of 'flowers' but also the foliage, as this can make a big difference in tracking down the identity of a plant.
Please do not just take 1-3 photos of the flowers even if they are quite good close-ups but also habitat, habit and foliage (both upper and basal, ideally with
the undersides of the leaves shown as well).

Having said that.  These do appear to be a Plantago.  Not many are recorded for Nepal.  Of those P.erosa is the only one with records from lower elevations - down
to 900m (through to 4100m).  All the specimens thought to be P.major from Nepal have turned out  to be P.erosa.  So it does seem likely that this is the species photographed.
