On  comparing several images the photographs  look somewhat close to  Tetrastigma dichotoma.  Pl check this link : https://floraofsingapore.wordpress.com/category/class-magnoliopsida/superorder-rosanae/order-vitale/family-vitaceae/

I still feel it is Tetrastigma rumicispermum (M.A. Lawson) Planch.
ACFPoN describes branches as 'Branchlets terete, conspicuously tuberculate when old, glabrous'
which matches here, leaf pattern also matches according to the link Les galeries photos
and T. serrrulatum fruit color  does not match with the image.

Thank you.

I think it will not be Tetrastigma rumicispermum with turbinate fruits as per keys at Online flora of Nepal and MNHN specimen

Looking at the warty nature on the stem I guess it could be Tetrastigma rumicispermum (M.A. Lawson) Planch !
Thank you.
