Hi,
I would be grateful if you could identify the tree which I found growing in my garden .The tree is about 12 feet tall and flowers are tiny about 5 mm in dia.

It is Diospyros sp, please check the regional Diospyros or possibility for male Persimmon.

Yes Diospyros kaki, commonly cultivated in Kashmir
The fact that these are male flowers in clusters of three each clears any doubt, and also that it is usually only female flowers (occurring singly) which have large calyx segments.

Thanks for big lead Santhan ji, and Lalithamba ji for nailing it. 
For Taffzull ji, knew this tree since the age of 8 years, it was growing along a wall in Haft Chinar (on Airport road along Hazuri Bagh which was then a huge open area with a row of Chinars near our houses). Male flowers I am seeing for the first time, because we were attracted only by delicious orange fruits.
