I do not think it could be Erythrina bidwillii knowing that it does not achieve height more than 6 m height. It is a large shrub or at the most a small tree of max 20 ft height.
The posted plant is quite large and tall, could be 15 m or so.

Saroj ji, among the two hybrids: E. × sykesii Barneby & Krukoff and E. × bidwillii Lindl. the latter is a much smaller plant, reaching a height of about 20 ft (6 m).
I am hoping that the posted plant is planted as a shade tree, if not then we have to think of native Erythrina.
