Again, many thanks Saroj ji, for pointing to the correct ID.

Found from the internet:

E. courtallense will have five petals, while E. pedunculatum consistently has four.

E. pedunculatum has noticeably long stalks supporting its flowers, whereas E. courtallense has a more compact, bushy habit.

I think this is Exacum wightianum.
As per notes under Exacum wightianum (at https://www.researchgate.net/publication/326462348_A_TAXONOMIC_REVISION_OF_EXACUM_L_GENTIANACEAE_-_EXACEAE_IN_SOUTH_INDIA)

"Exacum wightianum is a showy plant with bright violet flowers. It is easily distinguished by its broadly winged stem, sessile, leathery leaves, drooping fruits and anthers with a prominent papilla near the apex."
