It is Impatiens falcifer or at least something very similar.
You can find pictures in paper uploaded in other thread by Dr. Akiyama

I am studying about Balsaminaceae in Bhutan. Could you please share me some literature regarding Impatiens falcifer Hook.f. apart from The flora of British India, Flora of Bhutan and Flora of China. Your help will be highly appreciated.

  Correct name will be Impatiens falcifera as per POWO.
