I am not satisfied with the id as Epilobium brevifolium subsp. brevifolium, due to its height and multiple branching. Inflorescence also looks different.

Pl. check Epilobium parviflorum Schreb. as per Ashwini ji's post at Epilobium parviflorum ABAUG2016/52

This appears more closer.
