Corydalis aurea Willd.
Common names:  Scrambled eggs, Golden corydalis 
Annual herb with decumbent stems, blue green leaves with oval leaflets and yellow 1 cm long flowers in racemes.

Thanks Saroj ji, I think you are right, smaller flowers with very short spur vs larger lighter flowers and much longer spur in C. aurea
Correct name, however, is Pseudofumaria lutea.
