Sharing some pictures I guess is Mahonia napaulensis DC. shot at Godavari Botanical Gargen, Kathmandu, Nepal on 9 March 2013 at 5000 ft.

Nepali Names: 

जमाने मान्द्रो Jamaane Maandro /  दारुहल्दी Daaruhaldee / कन्चन Kanchan

Does it look like Mahonia acanthifolia ? Not sufficient images though !
