look at this
it can have many various colored flower spikes

this page starts off saying this i quote:  \
" Within the Vriesea genus there are hundreds of different species and many more varieties and cultivars" end quote

with what you are showing
i dont think it can be classified any further

i used to own several of these
i know its very difficult even when you have it in your own garden

lest of all these two pictures of top of the spike only.

so, if behooves us to  label them as Bromeliad> tillandesia> vriesea
