A herb found wild enroute to Mayodia Pass in Lower Dibang Valley in Arunachal, which is above 2000 m altitude.
Precise altitude of the location where the plant was found is uncertain.
Found flowering in January.
I have no clue to its identity.
 Please identify

Actually it was at lower altitudes, 150-500 m.

Navendu Pāgé identified it as Codonacanthus pauciflorus, native to East Himalaya to Japan.
Agrees well with images in the following:
